Zalatnai Luca

Tíz éve foglalkozom az Európai Unió és a Magyar Kormány által finanszírozott pályázatokkal főként közoktatáshoz és felsőoktatáshoz köthetően, illetve szociális, egészségügyi témákban.

A Dunaújvárosi Főiskolán kommunikáció és művelődésszervező/andragógia szakon végeztem. Ezt követően 2010-ben a megboldogult Oktatási Minisztérium Európai Uniós pályázatokat kezelő igazgatóságán helyezkedtem el, ahol a közoktatási intézményeket segítő pályázat koordinálásában vettem részt közreműködői oldalról. 2014-től csoportvezetőként a Nemzeti Kiválóság Programot valósítottuk meg kollégáimmal, akikkel  több ezer ösztöndíjat kezeltünk. Később is inkább a projektek megvalósításában vettem részt többek között a Nemzeti Szakképzési Hivatalban, illetve az Oktatási Hivatalban.

2017 augusztusától vettem át a magyarországi eTwinning projektmenedzseri feladatait, ahol világossá vált számomra a nemzetközi mobilitás és jógyakorlat csere elősegítésének kiemelkedő fontossága az oktatásban.

Projektjeim, amelyekben közreműködtem:

  • 2010-13: “A pedagógiai és módszertani reformot támogató informatikai infrastruktúra fejlesztése” (ÚMFT – Új Magyarország Fejlesztési Terv)
  • 2014-15: “Nemzeti Kiválóság Program” (ÚSZT – Új Széchenyi Terv)
  • 2016: “Digitális szakadék csökkentése” (Széchenyi 2020)
  • 2016- 17: Nemzeti Tehetség Programok
  • 2017-19: eTwinning Hungary (eramsus+)

Alami Enikő

Kilenc éve dolgozik a közoktatásban, jelenleg egy környezetvédelmi szakközépiskolában tanít környezetvédelmi tárgyakat és laborgyakorlatot, fiatal felnőtteket is oktat környezetvédelmi technikus szakon. Emellett általános iskolában tanít kémiát és biológiát, a kerületi kémia munkaközösség vezetője. Osztályfőnökként folyamatosan programokat szervez és gyerekekkel utazik szerte az országban, a határtalanul program keretében pályázatokat nyert és kísérte külföldre a gyerekeket. Munkaközösség vezetőként tanároknak szervez előadásokat, szakmai utakat, versenyeket rendez és bonyolít le. Akkreditált továbbképzések keretében megismerkedett a hátrányos helyzetű és SNI gyerekek integrációjának lehetőségeivel, a komplex alapprogram pedagógiai módszereivel és a tehetséges tanulók segítésével, mindezeket a mindennapokban is alkalmazza munkája során.

MSc-t környezetmérnöki (civil engineer) szakon végezte a City University of New York-on, mint környezetmérnök. Az Egyesült Államokban kutatólaborokban dolgozott vízvédelem és levegőtisztaságvédelmi területen, mint kutatási asszisztens,  9 évet élt New Yorkban, így jól kommunikál angolul szakmai nyelven is. Magyarországon BSc-t szerzett, mint környezetmérnök a Pécsi tudományegyetemen, valamint a Műszaki Egyetemen, ugyancsak itt végezte el mérnöktanári tanulmányait.

Ifjúságsegítők Mobilitása (KA105)

Képzés és hálózatépítés ifjúságsegítőknek, melynek célja a minőségfejlesztés támogatása az ifjúsági munka területén, különösen az ifjúsági szervezetek és/vagy az egyéb érintett szereplők közötti szorosabb együttműködés révén.

We are – the members of Artemis Vocational Education Supporting Association – a group of enthusiastic education specialist with more than two decades of teaching and project management experience, our association’s primary goal is to help learners and educators in the area of vocational education all over the EU.

Meet our project coordinators:

Luca Zalatnai

She has been been working with projects in the educational, social and health sector for more than ten years. She was graduated in Communications and Cultural Management/Adult Learning at the College of Dunaújváros. In 2010 she started working at the Hungarian Ministry of Education were she was taking part in coordinating applications to provide IT equipment for public schools. From 2014 she was working on implementing the National Excellence Programme as team leader, where the team had managed more than a thousand researcher scholarships. Later she continued to work mostly in the implementation of educational projects at the Hungarian National Office of Vocational Education, Training and Adult Learning and the Educational Authority among others. From 2017 she took over the coordination of eTwinning  in Hungary (Erasmus+) as a project manager.

 

Enikő Alami 

She works as a teacher for 9 years, currently she’s teaching environmental subjects and laboratory practices in an vocational secondary school specialized to agriculture and food industry. In addition, she’s educates elementary school student for chemistry and biology. She’s the leader of chemistry teachers in her school district. She is  coordinating several mobility program for the students and travels with them all around the country and aboard. She is experienced in involving disadvantaged and special need children to the main stream education and also find and help talented students of growing. She’s graduated in master of science as a civil engineer at the City College of the City University of New York, where she lived for 9 years. Besides of her studies she worked as a research assistant of the university research laboratory. She got her bachelor of science as an environmental engineer at the University of Pécs, Here she had also graduated as an engineer-teacher.
